环保节约型碱激发建筑胶凝材料制备试验

Preparation Experiment of Environment-friendly and Energy-saving Alkali-activated Cementitious Materials for Construction

摘要 为减少建筑材料的成本消耗,提出利用矿渣粉制备建筑用的碱激发胶凝材料。工艺优化结果表明,选择模数为1.55的水玻璃溶液为碱激发剂,掺入38%的煤矸石,得到的胶凝材料性能最佳。同时经过200℃煅烧后,胶凝材料抗压强度上升至20MPa;经过0.4mol/L的硫酸、氢氧化钠浸泡后,材料的强度下降,说明该胶凝材料在耐酸碱性方面还需进一步提升。 In order to reduce the cost consumption of building materials,an alkali-activated cementitious material for construction is prepared with slag powder.The results of process optimization show that the performance of cementitious material is the best when the sodium silicate solution with a modulus of 1.55 is selected as alkali activator and 38%coal gangue is added.Meanwhile,after a calcination at 200℃,the compressive strength of cementitious material increases to 20MPa;after soaking in 0.4mol/L sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide,the strength of the material decreases,which indicates that the cementitious material still needs further improvement in the acid and alkali resistance.
