摘要
牙周炎是以牙周支持组织的进行性破坏为主要病理表现,最终导致牙齿松动、脱落的一种常见的口腔疾病。Wnt信号通路被认为是生物体中最重要的信号通路之一,它参与调节机体的生长发育以及细胞的增殖、分化、癌变和凋亡等生命历程。有研究表明,Wnt信号通路对牙周组织有重要作用,有利于牙周组织发育与再生,还能控制牙周炎发生发展。本文以Wnt信号通路为研究对象,对其组成及其在牙周组织和牙周炎中的调控作用进行综述。
Periodontitis is a common oral disease characterized by progressive destruction of periodontal supporting tissues,which eventually results in tooth loosening and shedding.Wnt signaling pathway is considered to be one of the most important signaling pathways in organisms,which is involved in regulating the growth and development of the body and the life processes of cell proliferation,differentiation,canceration and apoptosis.Some researches have shown that Wnt signaling pathway plays an important role in periodontal tissue development and regeneration,and can also control the occurrence and development of periodontitis.This article will review the composition of Wnt signaling pathway and its regulatory role in periodontal tissue and periodontitis.
