摘要
肽因其强大的亲和力,低毒性以及靶向系统“不可吸收”的蛋白表面能力而备受关注,但细胞通透性和代谢稳定性的缺乏使其难以应用在临床中。环肽是在蛋白质或非蛋白质氨基酸之间以环状序列通过酰胺键形成的多肽链,多来源于自然状态,是克服肽类缺点的有效途径之一。本综述总结具有不同生物活性的环肽,结合国内外近年来的研究现状,对环肽的药理作用进行统一概述。
The peptides attract much attention because of their great binding affinity,low toxicity,and the capability of targeting traditionally“non-absorbable”protein surfaces.However,the lack of cell permeability and metabolic stability makes it difficult to be used in clinical practice.The cyclic peptides are polypeptide chains formed by amide bonds in a cyclic sequence between proteins or non-protein amino acids,which are mostly derived from natural conditions and are one of the effective ways to overcome the shortcomings of peptides.This article reviews the cyclic peptides with different biological activities,based on the recent research status at home and abroad,the pharmacological effects of cyclic peptides are summarized in order to provide theoretical basis and scientific reference for further clinical research and application.
