渐变色腈纶/棉/山麻杆韧皮纤维阴影缎纹面料开发

Development of acrylic/cotton/Phloem fiber of Alchorena davidii franch shaded satin fabric

受渐变色启发,将色织技术与织物组织设计有机结合,开发了一种新型的阴影缎纹面料,选用阴影缎纹作为织物组织,以线密度20.3 tex的腈纶/棉/山麻杆韧皮纤维3组分混纺纱为经纬纱,使面料集腈纶、棉、山麻杆韧皮纤维三者的优点于一体,并对基础设计、原料选用与服装效果及织物加工流程和整浆、穿结经、织造、后整理等主要工艺进行了详细阐述,为阴影缎纹面料设计及产业化开发提供理论指导和经验参考。

Inspired by gradient colors,the yarn-dyed weaving technology and fabric weave design technology were organically combined and a new type of shaded satin fabric was developed.The shaded satin was used as the fabric weave for shaded gradient fabric design and 20.3 tex acrylic/cotton/Phloem fiber of Alchorena davidii franch(PF-ADF)blended yarn was used as warp yarn and weft yarn.As a result,the fabric integrates the advantages of acrylic,cotton and Phloem fiber of Alchorena davidii franch.The basic design,selection of raw materials and clothing effects,as well as the fabric processing process and sizing process,warp threading process,weaving process,finishing process and other main processes were described in detail,and effective methods were put forward for the marketing of shadow fabric,which provides theoretical guidance and experience reference for the design and industrial development of shadow fabric.
