摘要
针对传统制备芳香微胶囊纺织品时工艺复杂、所用黏合剂对环境造成污染等问题,探究出静电吸附法制备微胶囊棉织物,使得微胶囊与棉织物发生静电吸附作用。首先运用离子凝胶法,以壳聚糖交联三聚磷酸钠包裹精油制备薰衣草精油微胶囊,后选用氯乙酸钠对棉织物进行阴离子改性,为棉织物提供一个带阴离子的表面,使微胶囊更丰富有效地吸附到棉织物上,并研究吸附温度和吸附时间对吸附率的影响。结果表明:微胶囊具有良好的球形形貌,热稳定性高且具备良好的抗菌性能,红外光谱表征结果显示棉织物上成功负载阴离子;改性棉织物在温度60℃,时间5 h的条件下对微胶囊进行吸附,织物质量增加率达21.01%;微胶囊棉织物具备良好的缓释芳香性,21天释放后仍存在84.7%的香精残留,并具有良好的抗菌性能和力学性能。
In view of the complex process and environmental pollution caused by adhesive used in traditional preparation of aromatic microcapsule textiles,the electrostatic adsorption method for the preparation of microcapsule cotton fabric was explored.First,the ion gel method was used to wrap the essential oil with chitosan cross-linked sodium tripolyphosphate to prepare lavender essential oil microcapsules,and then the cotton fabric was anionically modified with sodium chloroacetate to provide an anionic surface for the cotton fabric,so that the microcapsules of lavender essential oil were prepared.The capsules were more abundantly and effectively adsorbed onto the cotton fabric,and the effect of adsorption temperature and adsorption time on the adsorption rate was optimized.The results show that the microcapsules have good spherical morphology,high thermal stability and good antibacterial properties.The infrared characterization results show that anions are successfully loaded on the cotton fabric.On this basis,the modified cotton fabric adsorbed the microcapsules at 60℃for 5 h,and the fabric weight gain rate reached 21.01%.The microencapsulated cotton fabric had good aromaticity,84.7%of the fragrance residues still exist after 21 days of release,and had good antibacterial and mechanical properties.
