摘要
为探索黑曲霉在亚麻纤维脱胶中的应用,采用黑曲霉孢子悬液短时浸渍法进行亚麻纤维脱胶,以脱胶率、质量损失率和纤维分裂度为指标,研究黑曲霉浸渍脱胶适宜条件,采用光学显微镜表征微观结构。研究发现:黑曲霉短时浸渍法脱胶适宜pH值为5.5,孢子悬液浓度为1×10^(7)个/mL,添加渗透剂拉开粉Bx和氮源尿素对脱胶有促进作用。采用黑曲霉短时浸渍法脱胶,脱胶时间为60 h,亚麻纤维的脱胶率可达到34.79%,质量损失率为13.46%,分裂度可达402 Nm,纤维充分分散,纤维表面光洁,胶质被有效去除。
In order to explore the application of Aspergillus Niger in flax degumming,a short-time dipping method was used to degumming flax with Aspergillus Niger spore suspension as degumming solution,and the optimal conditions on the degumming were studied by degumming rate,weight loss rate and fiber splitting degree.The microscopic structure was characterized by light microscope.The study found that the suitable pH Value for the degumming of Aspergillus Niger by short-time dipping was 5.5,and the concentration of spore suspension was 10^(7)/mL.The addition of penetrant Bx and nitrogen source urea could promote degumming.Using Aspergillus Niger short-time dipping method for degumming,the degumming time is 60 h,the degumming rate of flax fiber can reach 34.79%,the weight loss rate is 13.46%,the splitting degree can reach 402 Nm,the fiber is fully dispersed,fiber surface is smooth and the gum is effectively removed.
