库尔勒香梨是新疆的名优特产,近年来其产业不断壮大。库尔勒香梨贮藏中会出现果品发黄、失水、褐变等问题。综述了从低温贮藏、1-甲基环丙烯处理、气调保鲜,短波紫外线辐射、臭氧处理、涂膜处理等方面对库尔勒香梨的贮藏保鲜方法,以期为香梨贮藏保鲜的研究和应用提供理论参考。

Korla pear is a famous and special fruit in Xinjiang,and its production has been growing in recent years.There are some problems such as yellowing,dehydration and browning of the fruit will occur during the storage of Korla pears.The article summarized the storage and preservation methods of Korla pears from the aspects of cold storage,1-MCP treatment,modified atmosphere preservation,short-wave ultraviolet radiation,ozone treatment,coating treatment,etc.,in order to provide a theoretical reference for the storage and preservation of Korla pear.
