分析情景模拟教学查房在实习医生带教中的应用价值

Analysis of the Application Value of Situational Simulation Teaching Ward Rounds in the Teaching of Interns

摘要 目的分析情景模拟教学查房在实习医生带教中的应用价值。方法本次研究选取2020年1月—2022年3月柳州市工人医院的30名实习医生作为观察对象实施调查,按照实习的先后顺序分为对照组、观察组,前者进行常规教学,后者联合情景模拟教学查房,比较两组的综合能力,并由学生对教学方式进行评估,对比两组的考核成绩。结果观察组综合能力各项分值均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组积极性培养(16.73±2.12)分、教学氛围(17.02±1.43)分、师生沟通(18.02±1.28)分、实践能力培养(17.12±1.68)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组理论成绩和实践成绩为(91.43±5.24)分、(92.31±2.53)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学查房用于实习医生带教有利于培养其综合能力,并且学生对中教学方式的认可度高,提升了学生的综合成绩。 Objective To analyze the application value of situational simulation teaching ward rounds in the teaching of interns.Methods In this study,30 interns in Liuzhou Workers'Hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the observation objects for investigation,they were divided into control group and observation group according to the sequence of practice.The former conducts regular teaching,while the latter conducts ward rounds in conjunction with scenario simulation teaching.The comprehensive ability of the two groups was compared,and the students evaluated the teaching methods and compared the quantitative assessment results.Results The scores of comprehensive ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the observation group on enthusiasm training(16.73±2.12)points,teaching atmosphere(17.02±1.43)points,communication between teachers and students(18.02±1.28)points,and practical ability training(17.12±1.68)points were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical and practical scores of the observation group were(91.43±5.24)points and(92.31±2.53)points higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of situational simulation teaching ward rounds for interns to teach is conducive to cultivating their comprehensive ability,and students have high recognition of this teaching method,which improves students'comprehensive performance.
