摘要
我国人口老龄化形势日益严峻,与之相关的医养健康产业受到了深层关注。目前医养健康产业发展仍面临许多新问题、新矛盾,包括人才短缺,政府部门之间沟通存在缺口等。本文主要从促进医养健康产业与高等医学院校产教深度融合问题出发,运用定性和定量相结合的研究方法,了解近年来山东高等医学院校人才从事医养职业的现状,推动医养健康产业与高等医学院校产教深度融合,最终促进山东医养健康产业结构优化升级,为人民提供更加优质的医疗服务。
The aging population situation in China is becoming more and more serious,and the related medical and nursing health industry has received deep attention.At present,the medical care industry is still facing many new problems and contradictions in the process of its industrial development,including the shortage of talents and the communication gap between government departments.This paper mainly starts from the problem of promoting the deep integration of the medical care and health industry and the production and education of medical colleges and universities,and uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand the current situation of talents engaged in the medical care profession in Shandong medical colleges in recent years,and to promote the deep integration of the medical care and health industry with the production and education of medical colleges and universities,and ultimately promote the optimization and upgrading of Shandong's medical care and health industry structure,and provide people with better medical services.
