摘要
目的探讨对护士给予加强护理管理后对其工作压力产生的影响。方法于2020年2月—2021年5月抽取在湖北科技学院附属第二医院工作的11名护理人员,采用不同的管理方法分组,参照组(n=5)接受常规护理管理,研究组(n=6)在参照组的基础上,接受加强护理管理。比较两组护理人员的工作倦怠情况评分、工作压力评分。结果研究组去人格化、个人成就感低落、情感衰竭评分均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组工作环境与仪器设备、时间分配与工作量、患者护理方面、护理专业与工作方面、管理与人际关系评分均较参照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强护理管理较常规护理管理的效果更佳,可显著改善护理人员的工作倦怠情况以及工作压力,促进其工作质量提升。
Objective To investigate the effect of strengthening nursing management on nurses on their work pressure.Methods From February 2020 to May 2021,11 nurses working in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hubei University of Science and Technology were selected and grouped by different management method.The reference group(n=5)received routine nursing management,and the research group(n=6)on the basis of the reference group,received intensive nursing management.Comparison of nursing staff's work burnout score and work stress score between the two groups.Results The scores of depersonalization,low personal achievement and emotional exhaustion in the research group were better than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of working environment and equipment,time allocation and workload,patient care,nursing specialty and work,management and interpersonal relationships in the research group were lower than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening nursing management is more effective than routine nursing management,which can significantly improve the job burnout and work pressure of nursing staff,and promote the improvement of their work quality.
