护理组长联合质控护士在重症医学科护理管理中的应用

Application of Nursing Team Leader Combined with Quality Control Nurses in Nursing Management of Critical Care Medicine Department

目的研究分析在重症医学科护理管理中应用护理组长联合质控护士的管理方法,探讨其临床应用效果。方法选取2019年9月—2021年8月湖南省中医药研究院附属医院重症医学科中13名护理人员为研究对象。于2019年9月—2020年8月应用常规护理管理模式;于2020年9月—2021年8月间应用护理组长联合质控护士的护理管理模式,比较核心护理质量指标,并总结护理组长联合质控护士模式的应用效果。另外在两个时间段内各选取100例患者,统计分析满意度。结果常规护理管理模式下护理人员各项核心护理质量指标评分均低于护理组长联合质控护士模式下的评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理组长联合质控护士模式下患者及家属护理满意度高于常规护理管理模式下的满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重症医学科护理管理中应用护理组长联合质控护士模式,可以进一步规范护理管理,提升护理人员护理水平,提高患者及家属的满意度,具有极大的临床应用价值。

Objective To study and analyze the management method of applying the nursing team leader combined with the quality control nurse in the nursing management of the intensive care department,and to discuss its clinical application effect.Methods Thirteen nurses from the Department of Critical Care Medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects.From September 2019 to August 2020,the routine nursing management model was applied;from September 2020 to August 2021,the nursing management model of nursing team leader and quality control nurse was applied,to compare the core nursing quality indicators,and summarize the application effect of the model of nursing team leader and quality control nurse.In addition,100 patients were selected in each of the two time periods to statistically analyze their satisfaction.Results The scores of various core nursing quality indicators of nursing staff under the routine nursing management mode were lower than those under the nursing team leader combined with the quality control nurse mode,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients and their families under the nursing team leader combined with the quality control nurse model was higher than that under the routine nursing management model,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the nursing team leader combined with the quality control nurse model in the nursing management of critical care medicine can further standardize nursing management,improve the nursing level of nursing staff,and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families,which has great clinical application value.
