摘要
目的探析护士为主导的分组管理模式在血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月在衡阳市中心医院血液透析室工作的17名护士作为参比组,此阶段实施常规管理模式。选取2021年2月—2022年2月在本院血液透析室工作的17名护士作为研究组,此阶段实施护士为主导的分组管理模式。比较两组护士管理后的测评成绩、相关工作能力,由两组护士负责血液透析患者对管理服务的满意度进行评价。结果管理后,研究组测评成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组相关工作能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组负责血液透析患者对管理服务的满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护士为主导的分组管理模式运用在血液透析室护士管理中,可增强护士理论认知,训练操作能力,锻炼相关工作能力,提高血液透析患者对管理服务的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of nurse-led group management mode in hemodialysis patients.Methods 17 nurses who worked in the hemodialysis room of Hengyang Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the refernce group.The routine management mode was implemented at this stage.17 nurses who worked in the hemodialysis room of the hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study group.At this stage,the nurse-led group management model was implemented.The evaluation results and related work ability of the two groups of nurses after management were compared,and the two groups of nurses were responsible for evaluating the satisfaction of hemodialysis patients with management services.Results After management,the test scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relevant working ability of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the patients in charge of hemodialysis with management services in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the nurse-led group management model in the management of nurses in hemodialysis room can enhance the theoretical cognition of nurses,train operational ability,exercise related work ability,and improve the satisfaction of hemodialysis patients with management services.
