薄弱环节管理在肝胆外科护理管理中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Weak Link Management in Nursing Management of Hepatobiliary Surgery

目的对肝胆外科护理管理中的薄弱环节进行管理,分析该管理模式的有效性。方法选取郴州市第一人民医院2020年6月—2022年5月40名护理人员为研究对象,2020年6月—2021年5月实施常规护理管理;2021年6月—2022年5月实施薄弱环节护理管理。分析实施薄弱环节护理管理前后护理服务质量、护理满意度、护理风险、综合素质、工作积极性和自我效能感方面的变化情况。结果管理后,患者接待、基础护理、健康教育、心理护理、用药指导、并发症护理的护理质量评分、护理风险事件发生率、护理满意度、护理人员的各项综合素质评分、工作积极性评分和自我效能感评分均优于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将薄弱环节管理应用在肝胆外科的护理管理中,对于提高护理人员的综合素质、工作积极性、自我效能感,降低风险事件发生率,提高护理服务的质量有积极影响,有利于提升肝胆外科的护理工作满意度。

Objective To manage the weak links in the nursing management of hepatobiliary surgery,so as to analyze the effectiveness of the management model.Methods A total of 40 nursing staff in Chenzhou First People's Hospital from June 2020 to May 2022 were seelected as the study objects.Regular nursing management was implemented from June 2020 to May 2021;nursing management in weak links was implemented from June 2021 to May 2022.The changes in nursing service quality,nursing satisfaction,nursing risk,comprehensive quality,work enthusiasm and self-efficacy were analyzed before and after the implementation of weak link nursing management.Results After the implementation,the nursing quality scores of patient reception,basic nursing,health education,psychological nursing,medication guidance,and complication nursing,the incidence of nursing risk events,nursing satisfaction,nursing staff's comprehensive quality scores,work enthusiasm scores and self-efficacy scores were better than those before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of weak link management in the nursing management of hepatobiliary surgery has a positive impact on improving the comprehensive quality,work enthusiasm and self-efficacy of nursing staff,reducing the incidence of risk events,and improving the quality of nursing services.It is beneficial to improve the nursing satisfaction of hepatobiliary surgery.
