护理专业组模式对中医护理管理的作用分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Professional Group Model on Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Management

目的分析护理专业组模式在中医护理管理中所发挥的作用。方法选取2020年7月—2021年6月山东颐养健康集团淄博医院参与中医科护理管理工作的护理人员32名,2020年7—12月护理人员采用常规管理模式实施中医护理管理作为实施前,2021年1—6月护理人员采用护理专业组模式实施中医护理管理作为实施后。对比护理人员在护理专业组管理模式实施前后的考核成绩与管理质量评价,统计护理专业组管理模式实施前后患者的护理管理满意度。结果实施后护理人员的理论考核成绩与技能考核成绩均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护理人员在中医护理岗位培训、中医护理技术推广、中医护理文化建设与护理人力资源配置上的管理质量评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护理人员对护理管理的满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用护理专业组模式实施中医护理管理,有利于提升中医科护理人员的理论知识与专业技能水平,加强中医科的临床护理服务质量,提高护理人员对临床中医护理干预服务的满意评价。

Objective To analyze the role of nursing professional group model in traditional Chinese medicine nursing management.Methods A total of 32 nursing staff who participated in the nursing management of TCM department in Shandong Yiyang Health Group Zibo Hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected.From July to December 2020,the nursing staff adopted the conventional management mode to implement TCM nursing management as the before the implementation.From January to June 2021,nursing staff adopted the nursing professional group model to implement traditional Chinese medicine nursing management as the after the implementation.The assessment results and management quality evaluation of the nursing staff before and after the implementation of the nursing professional group management mode were compared,and the nursing management satisfaction of the patients before and after the nursing professional group management mode was calculated.Results After the implementation,the theoretical and skill assessment scores of nursing staff were higher than those before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation,the management quality scores of nursing staff in TCM nursing job training,TCM nursing technology promotion,TCM nursing culture construction and nursing human resource allocation were all higher than those before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation,the nursing staff's satisfaction with nursing management was higher than that before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the nursing professional group model to implement TCM nursing management is beneficial to improve the theoretical knowledge and professional skills of TCM nurses,strengthen the quality of clinical nursing services in TCM,and improve the nursing staff's satisfaction evaluation of clinical TCM nursing intervention services.
