PDCA循环管理对病案首页编码准确率的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of PDCA Cycle Management on the Coding Accuracy of the First Page of Medical Records

目的探究在病案首页编码管理中采用PDCA循环管理对于准确率的影响。方法选择2020年1月—2021年1月湖南省胸科医院的病案首页资料120份,根据随机数表法进行分组,对照组(60份)采用常规管理法,观察组(60份)采用PDCA循环管理,将两组病案首页书写规范率、首页资料完整率、疾病编码准确率、书写差错率进行比较。结果观察组首页书写规范率(100.00%)、首页资料完整率(100.00%)、疾病编码准确率(100.00%)高于对照组(91.67%、90.00%、88.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组书写差错率(0.00%)低于对照组(10.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在病案首页编码管理中采用PDCA循环管理可以提高编码的准确率,有利于提高病案首面书写规范,降低书写差错。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management on the accuracy rate in the coding management of the first page of medical records.Methods A total of 120 medical records on the front page of the Hunan Chest Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients in the control group(60 copies)were grouped by conventional management method,and the observation group(60 copies)was administered by PDCA cycle management.The standardization rate,completeness rate,disease coding accuracy rate,and writing error rate of the first page of the medical records of the two groups were compared.Results The standardization rate of homepage writing(100.00%),the completeness rate of homepage information(100.00%),and the accuracy rate of disease coding(100.00%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(91.67%,90.00%,88.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The writing error rate of the observation group(0.00%)was lower than that of the control group(10.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PDCA cycle management in the coding management of the first page of medical records can improve the accuracy of coding,itis beneficial to improve the homepage writing standard and reduce writing errors.
