全生命周期管理在医院医疗设备管理中的应用效能评价研究

Research on Application Efficiency Evaluation of Whole Life Cycle Management in Hospital Medical Equipment Management

目的探究医院医疗设备在全生命周期管理之下的管理效能。方法本文选取2020年1月—2021年12月德州市妇幼保健院正常运行的86台设备作为研究对象,根据设备不同管理方法,将2021年实施全生命周期管理阶段作为观察组,将2020年实施传统设备维护管理阶段作为对照组。比较分析全生命周期管理实施前后设备管理效能、运维费用及满意度等情况。结果观察组设备合格率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组人为所致故障、自修故障发生频次均明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组设备成本效益明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组设备维修费用、运行成本费用均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组设备性能、消毒清洁情况、取用效率和管理制度的满意度得分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院在医疗设备管理中,实施全生命周期管理理念,可以有效提高管理效能,降低故障发生频次,提高设备合格率,并且有效减少设备运维费用,对于提高设备成本效益具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the management efficiency of hospital medical equipment under the whole life cycle management.Methods This paper selects 86 devices in normal operation of Dezhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 as the research objects.According to the different management methods of equipment,the implementation of the full life cycle management phase in 2021 was used as the observation group,and the implementation of the traditional equipment maintenance management phase in 2020 was used as the control group.Compared and analyzed the equipment management efficiency,operation and maintenance costs and satisfaction before and after the implementation of whole management Life-cyde.Results The equipment qualification rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of man-made failures and self-repair failures in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cost-effectiveness of equipment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The equipment maintenance costs and operating costs in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of equipment performance,disinfection and cleaning,access efficiency and management system in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of medical equipment,the hospital implements the whole life cycle management concept,which can effectively improve the management efficiency,reduce the frequency of failures,and improve the equipment qualification rate,also effectively reduces equipment operation and maintenance costs,is of great significance for improving equipment cost-effectiveness.
