三维重建技术在泌尿外科住培带教中的应用

摘要 随着计算机软件成像技术的进步及临床精准治疗要求的不断提高,三维重建技术广泛应用于医疗和教学领域;为提高住院医师规范化培训教学质量,推动教学方式的改革,三维重建、虚拟可视化模拟及3D打印等技术与医学教育、临床教学活动等深度融合。本文回顾了医学三维重建技术在泌尿外科临床及教学中的优势与探索,同时对当前住培医师在泌尿外科学习中临床实践操作机会较少、医患沟通能力不足等问题进行剖析。最后,分析了三维重建技术在住培带教中的积极作用,因其直观性强、重复性好、无创伤等优点,不仅简化了教学过程,且便于住培医师理解患者病情,对住培医师临床思维训练、操作实践及医患沟通都有极大的帮助,从而弥补了泌尿外科住培教育中的不足。未来三维重建在临床教学中的作用会愈加突出,具有更加广阔的应用前景。 With the advancement of computer software imaging technology and the continuous improvement of clinical precision treatment requirements,3D reconstruction technology is widely used in medical and teaching fields.In order to improve the standardized training and teaching quality of residents and promote the reform of teaching methods,technologies such as 3D reconstruction,virtual visualization simulation and 3D printing are deeply integrated with medical education and clinical teaching activities.This paper reviews the advantages and explorations of medical 3D reconstruction technology in the clinical and teaching of urology,and analyzes the problems of the current resident training physicians in the study of urology with fewer opportunities for clinical practice and insufficient communication skills between doctors and patients.Finally,the positive role of 3D reconstruction technology in live-training and teaching is analyzed,because of its advantages of strong intuition,good repeatability,and no trauma.It not only simplifies the teaching process,but also facilitates the resident training physician to understand the patient's condition,and is of great help to the resident training physician's clinical thinking training,operation practice and doctor-patient communication,so as to make up for the lack of urology residential education.In the future,the role of 3D reconstruction in clinical teaching will become more prominent,and it will have a broader application prospect.
