城市工业遗存的场所记忆营造策略——以重庆鹅岭二厂为例

Reproduction of Place Memory in Renewal of Industrial Relics:a Case Study of Chongqing Eling No.2 Factory

随着后工业时代的到来,城镇化的重心从速度转向深度;不少城市产业发展进入“退二进三”“退二优三”阶段。产业升级产生了大量的城市工业废弃地,涉及土地性质调整、空间整合、场所营造等多项城市议题,关乎城市文脉传承与未来走向。城市工业遗存作为城市的有机构成,其场地、建筑、道路、设备、植被等均能唤起人们对过往的怀念,其记忆营造对城市文脉传承具有重要意义。重庆鹅岭二厂的改造实践,立足地域特色形成一系列工业遗产保护更新策略,实现了生态、生产、生活三种空间中工业记忆的挖掘与重释。改造以记忆营造为导向,形成生态性景观构建、工业元素的延续拓展、生活空间秩序性营造、功能置换与文化再生等可持续性更新路径,对城市工业遗存的更新改造具有启发意义。

With the advent of the post-industrial era, the focus of urbanization has shifted from speed to depth. Many urban industries have entered the stage of "shifting from laborintensive industry to service economy". Industrial upgrading and the adjustment of land use have produced a large number of urban industrial wasteland, which involves the adjustment of land use, the integration of forms, and the creation of places, which are related to the heritage and future direction of the city. As an organic component of the city, the site, buildings, roads, equipment and vegetation of industrial area can arouse people’s nostalgia for the past. The reproduction of place memory in the renewal is of great significance to the continuation of urban context. The renovation practice of Chongqing Eling No.2 factory has formed a series of industrial heritage protection and renewal strategies based on the regional characteristics, and realized the mining and reinterpretation of industrial memory in the three aspects of ecology, industrial production and life. Guided by the reproduction of memory, the transformation has formed sustainable renewal paths such as ecological landscape construction, continuation and expansion of industrial elements, order construction of living space, function replacement and cultural regeneration, which are enlightening for the renewal and transformation of urban industrial relics.
