简析电动自行车照明和光信号装置检测技术

摘要 标准GB 17761—2018将电动自行车近光灯、远光灯(若安装)及后灯作为强制检验项目,经过三年多时间的监管及技术发展,产品质量得到很大提升。本文对相关标准未规定的实验室环境控制、灯具照准进行简述,并对配光性能进行分析。针对LED光源在近光灯、远光灯及后灯的普及,提出今后需在前灯的红光成分及配光镜的环境介质磨损及温度、太阳光辐射造成老化方面做出规定,使标准更好的指导产品健康发展。 GB 17761—2018 stipulates that the low beam,high beam(if installed)and rear lamp of electric bicycles are mandatory inspection items.The product quality has been greatly improved after more than three years of supervision and technical improvement.In this paper,the laboratory environment control and lamp aiming that are not specified in the relevant standards have been studied,and the light distribution performance has been analyzed.With the popularization of LED light sources in low beam,high beam and rear lamp,the paper proposes that regulations should be made in the future on the spectral composition of headlamps,the wear and tear of environmental media of light distribution glasses,and the aging caused by temperature and solar radiation.All these will allow standards to better guide the healthy development of products.
