Design and Application of 5G+Two-Way Referral Platform Based on Regional Medical Treatment

目的:利用第五代移动通信技术的高通量、低时延、大链接的优势运用应用到医院间转诊工作中,提高转诊效率和医疗服务水平,推动区域医疗下医共体智能化建设。方法:基于5G+双向转诊平台,实现患者诊疗信息互通,数据共享,支持临床医生随时查询患者就诊信息。结果:自2021年12月中旬5G+双向转诊平台已经在陕西省人民医院、鄠邑区人民医院、周至县人民医院及社区卫生院多科室试点使用,实现了疑难病症患者医院之间的双向转诊,数据共享,大大地提高了转诊效率,改善患者就医体验。结论:通过5G+双向转诊平台形成畅通的转诊渠道,不仅显著提高转诊效率,使疑难病症患者在相对较短时间内得到有效救治,也促进了医疗机构之间形成优势互补、资源共享、业务联动,形成完整的医疗健康服务链,保障基层群众获得优质的医疗服务。

Objective:Two-way referral platform is applied to inter-hospital referral work by utilizing the advantages of high throughput,low delay and large connection of the fifth generation mobile communication technology,improving referral efficiency and medical service level,and promoting the intelligent construction of regional medical community.Methods:Based on 5G+two-way referral platform,patients’diagnosis and treatment information exchange and data sharing were realized,and clinicians were supported to query patients’medical information at any time.Results:Since mid December 2021,the two-way referral platform has been piloting the use of the People’s Hospital unremarkable in Shaanxi Province,the People’s Hospital of Zhouzhi County and community Health Centers.It realizes the two-way referral and data sharing between hospitals for patients with difficult diseases,greatly improves the referral efficiency and improves patients’medical experience.Conclusion:Two-way referral platform has a wide application prospect.The smooth referral channel can be formed through 5G+two-way referral platform,which not only significantly improves the referral efficiency,enables patients with difficult diseases to receive effective treatment in the shortest time,but also promotes the formation of complementary advantages,resource sharing and business linkage between medical institutions,forming a complete medical and health service chain,and ensuring that grassroots people can obtain high-quality medical services.
