3D手型立体固定器在肿瘤患者外周静脉输液中的应用

Application of 3D Hand Stereoscopic Fixator in Peripheral Intravenous Infusion of Tumor Patients

目的:探讨3D手型立体固定器在肿瘤患者外周静脉输液中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年9月~12月在肿瘤科病区进行手部外周静脉输液400例随机分为观察组(n=200,包含门诊患者及住院患者各100例,分别记作观察组1和观察组2)和对照组(n=200,包含门诊患者及住院患者各100例,分别记作对照组1,对照组2)。两大组患者进行常规的输液固定后,观察组使用3D手型立体固定器进行固定,对照组随患者按意愿采用或不采用简易材料进行普通加强固定,观察重复穿刺率、静脉炎发生率,留置针意外拨管率、留置针平均留置时间、患者的舒适度、患者满意度。结果:观察组钢针输液患者单次输液时间内的重复穿刺率低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组留置针输液患者静脉炎的发生率、留置针平均留置时间、留置针意外拨管率均低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者输液固定舒适度和满意度均高于对照组。结论:在肿瘤患者手部外周静脉输液中使用3D手型立体固定器能有效减少重复穿刺率,降低静脉炎发生,减少留置针意外拨管率,延长留置针平均留置时间,增加患者舒适度,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of 3D hand stereoscopic fixator in peripheral venous infusion of tumor patients.Methods:From September to December 2021,400 cases of peripheral intravenous infusion of the hand in the oncology ward were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=200,including 100 outpatients and 100 inpatients,respectively recorded as observation group 1 and observation group 2)and the control group(n=200,including 100 outpatients and 100 inpatients,respectively recorded as control group 1 and control group 2).After routine infusion fixation of the two groups of patients,the observation group was fixed with a 3D hand-shaped stereotaxic fixator,and the control group was fixed with or without simple materials according to the patient's wishes.Accidental removal rate of indwelling needles,average indwelling time of indwelling needles,patient comfort,and patient satisfaction.Results:The repeated puncture rate of the patients with steel needle infusion in the observation group was lower than that in the control group during a single infusion,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence of phlebitis,the average indwelling time of the indwelling needle,and the accidental removal rate of the indwelling needle in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).The comfort and satisfaction of infusion fixation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:Using of 3D hand stereo fixator in peripheral venous infusion of tumor patients can effectively reduce the repeated puncture rate,reduce the occurrence of phlebitis,reduce the rate of accidental catheter removal of indent needle,prolong the average remain time of remaining needle.Increase the comfort of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
