全自动血细胞分析仪用于血常规检验中意义探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析自动血细胞分析仪用于临床血常规检验中的检验价值。方法:选取2019年7月~2020年12月本院制作的121份血液样本为研究对象,对121份血液样本进行检测,分别进行涂片镜下检测,血细胞分析仪及全自动血细胞分析仪检测。分析细胞的形态、大小、分类及数量情况,对检查结果进行重新观察与分析。统计不同检测方法的检出率,检测时间,及涂片镜检与全自动血细胞分析仪的关于中性粒细胞(NE)、淋巴细胞(LY)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EO)、嗜碱性粒细胞(BA)、单核细胞(MO)、幼稚粒细胞(IG)的检查情况。结果:全自动血细胞分析仪的检出率超过90%,血细胞分析仪的检出率超过50%。全自动血细胞分析仪检验的检出率显著高于血细胞分析仪的检出率,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001)。全自动血细胞分析仪检测时间平均未超过4h,涂片镜检检测时间在24h左右。全自动血细胞分析仪的检测时间显著低于涂片检测的时间,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001)。在NE、LY、EO及BA的检测阳性率中,全自动血细胞分析仪的检出率高于涂片镜检。结论:全自动血细胞分析仪用于临床血常规检验中能够实现较高的检出率,检出率显著高于血细胞分析仪,且与涂片镜检的结果较为相似,检验精确度能够充分满足临床检验的要求。但在MO、IG的分析效果较差,因而在具体检查过程中,仍需在必要时联合涂片镜检共同检查。 Objective:Analyze the value of automatic blood cell analyzer in clinical blood routine examination.Methods:121 blood samples made in our hospital from July 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research object.In order to detect 121 blood samples,smear microscopy,blood cell analyzer and automatic blood cell analyzer were used respectively.Analyze the morphology,size,classification and quantity of cells,and re observe and analyze the inspection results.The detection rate and time of different detection methods,as well as the examination of NE,LY,EO,BA,MO,IG and other by smear microscopy and automatic blood cell analyzer were counted.Results:The detection rate of automatic hematology analyzer was more than 90%,and that of hematology analyzer was more than 50%.The detection rate of automatic blood cell analyzer was significantly higher than that of blood cell analyzer(P=0.001).The average detection time of automatic blood cell analyzer is less than 4 hours,and the detection time of smear microscopic examination is about 24 hours.The detection time of automatic blood cell analyzer was significantly lower than that of smear detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).In the detection of NE,LY EO and BA,the detection rate of automatic hematology analyzer is higher than that of smear microscopic examination.Conclusion:Automatic blood cell analyzer can achieve a high detection rate in clinical blood routine test,which is significantly higher than that of blood cell analyzer,and the results are similar to those of smear microscopy.The test accuracy can fully meet the requirements of clinical test.However,the analysis effect of Mo,IG and other is poor.Therefore,in the specific examination process,it is still necessary to conduct joint examination with smear microscopy when necessary.
