C型腹腔镜器械治疗输卵管性不孕的临床探讨

Clinical Study of C-Type Laparoscopic Instrument in the Treatment of Tubal Infertility

目的:研究C微型腹腔镜器械治疗输卵管性不孕的临床效果。方法:选择64例输卵管性不孕患者加入研究,随机分成对照组(n=32)与观察组(n=32)。对照组行普通腹腔镜器械手术治疗,观察组行C微型腹腔镜器械治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组患者手术时间、输卵管妊娠率、流产率对比无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组患者术中出血量显著低于对照组,观察组总妊娠率、宫内妊娠率、活产率均比对照组高,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。按照ASRM输卵管不孕标准评价中,观察组轻度、中度病变患者宫内妊娠率比对照组高,两组差异较大(P<0.05);两组重度病变患者术后宫内妊娠相比,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:为输卵管性不孕患者应用C微型腹腔镜器械治疗,可提高总妊娠率、宫内妊娠率、活产率,降低输卵管妊娠率、流产率,效果良好。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of C micro laparoscopic instrument in the treatment of tubal infertility.Methods:64 cases of tubal infertility were randomly divided into control group(n=32,ordinary laparoscopic instrument operation treatment)and observation group(n=32,C micro laparoscopic instrument treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in operation time,tubal pregnancy rate,and abortion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The total pregnancy rate,intrauterine pregnancy rate and live birth rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).According to the evaluation of ASRM tubal infertility standard,the intrauterine pregnancy rate of patients with mild and moderate lesions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in intrauterine pregnancy between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of C micro laparoscopic instrument in the treatment of tubal infertility can improve the total pregnancy rate,intrauterine pregnancy rate and live birth rate,and reduce the tubal pregnancy rate and abortion rate with good effect.
