精细化管理对医院医用耗材占比的改善作用及提升管理质量的研究

Research on the Role of Refined Management in Improving the Proportion of Medical Consumables in Hospitals and Improving the Quality of Management

目的:探讨精细化管理对医院医用耗材占比的改善作用及提升管理质量的作用。方法:2021年6月~2021年8月接受常规管理模式的为对照组,总耗材为45786件,2021年9月~2021年11月接受精细化管理模式为观察组总耗材45963件。管理后比较两组百元耗材、高值耗材占比分析、医用耗材合格率,医用耗材退货、积压过期以及领货频率的情况,医用耗材临床应用效果评价。结果:观察组百元耗材、高值耗材占比低于对照组,观察组医用耗材合格率高于对照组,观察组医用耗材退货、积压过期以及领货频率低于对照组,观察组性能质量、功能匹配度、服务效率以及仓储规范满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在医用耗材管理中,精细化管理可有效减少医用耗材所占资金的比例、提高其质量合格率、减少退货件数,积压导致过期的现象,领货频率,提高了工作效率,有效提高医用耗材临床应用的效果。

Objective:To explore the role of refined management in improving the proportion of medical consumables in hospitals and improving the quality of management.Methods:From June 2021 to August 2021,those who received routine management mode were the control group,with a total of 45786 consumables,and from September 2021 to November 2021,those who received refined management mode were the observation group,with a total of 45963 consumables.After the management,the proportion of 100 yuan consumables and high-value consumables,the qualification rate of medical consumables,the return,overstock and expiration of medical consumables,and the frequency of receiving medical consumables were compared between the two groups,and the clinical application effect of medical consumables was evaluated.Results:The percentage of 100 yuan consumables and high-value consumables in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the qualified rate of medical consumables in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The return,overstock,expiration and receiving frequency of medical consumables in the observation group were lower than that in the control group.The performance quality,function matching,service efficiency and warehouse storage specification satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the management of medical consumables,fine management can effectively reduce the proportion of medical consumables in the capital,improve its quality qualification rate,reduce the number of returned items,overstock the phenomenon of expiration,receive goods frequently,improve work efficiency,and effectively improve the effect of clinical application of medical consumables.
