消毒供应中心实施全程质量控制管理对医院感染的干预效果

The Intervention Effect of the Whole Process Quality Control Management on Nosocomial Infection in Disinfection Supply Center

目的:探析消毒供应中心实施全程质量控制管理对医院感染的效果。方法:选择2019年6月~2021年6月消在消毒供应中心供职的36名工作人员作为研究对象,其中,实施全程质量控制管理前(2019年6月~2020年6月)简称为实施前,实施全程质量控制管理后(2020年7月~2021年6月)简称为实施后。分析对比实施前与实施后的医院感染率、工作质量和选择调查科室(神经内科、心胸外科、呼吸科、妇科及骨科)对消毒供应中心工作的满意评分。结果:实施全程质量控制管理后,医院感染发生率低于实施前(P<0.05);实施全程质量控制管理后,消毒供应中心工作质量的回收合格率、清洗合格率、包装合格率和灭菌合格率均高于实施前(P<0.05);实施全程质量控制管理后,各科室对消毒供应中心的各方面评分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心采用全程质量控制管理可以减少医院发生感染的概率,有利于提高工作质量和各科室对消毒供应中心的满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of the whole process quality control management on nosocomial infection in disinfection supply center.Methods:36 staff working in the disinfection supply center from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.Before the implementation of whole-process quality control management(June 2019 to June 2020)was referred to as before implementation;after the implementation of whole-process quality control management(July 2020 to June 2021)was referred to as after implementation.The hospital infection rate,work quality and satisfaction scores of selected departments(neurology,cardiothoracic surgery,respiratory,gynecology and orthopedics)were analyzed and compared before and after the implementation of disinfection supply center.Results:The incidence of nosocomial infection was lower after the implementation of quality control management(P<0.05).After the implementation of whole-process quality control management,the qualified rate of recovery,cleaning,packaging and sterilization of the work quality of the disinfection supply center were higher than before(P<0.05).After the implementation of whole-process quality control management,the scores of all departments on all aspects of disinfection supply center are higher than before(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole process of quality control management in the disinfection supply center can reduce the probability of infection and improve the quality of work and the satisfaction of all departments to the disinfection supply center.
