某低品位含铜白钨矿石浮选试验研究

摘要 某低品位含铜白钨矿工艺矿物学研究表明:矿石中主要有价金属为铜、硫、钨,但其结构构造复杂,含有大量含钙脉石,嵌布粒度细,有价金属难以有效分离。针对该矿石特性,在原矿含Cu 0.21%,WO_(3)0.26%,S 2.95%的条件下,进行了合理的选矿工艺流程和药剂制度的研究。采用白钨的高效捕收剂LC,确定了“铜硫混合浮选—铜硫分离—加温浮白钨矿”的选矿工艺流程,获得了产率为0.35%,钨品位为61.12%,钨回收率为79.23%的钨精矿,通过连续工业试验获得的选矿技术指标与原有的生产指标对比,新的浮选工艺制度下钨品位和回收率分别提高2.38%、3.78%。该工艺实现了钨资源的高效回收,为同类型钨矿山的开发利用提供借鉴。 The process mineralogy of a low-grade copper scheelite ore shows that the main valuable metals in the ore are copper,sulfur and tungsten,but its structure is complex and contains a large amount of calcium-containing gangue miner-als with fine-grained size,so the valuable metals are difficult to be separated effectively.According to the characteristics of the ore,the beneficiation process and reagent system are studied under the condition of the raw ore containing 0.21%Cu,0.26%WO_(3) and 2.95%S.By using the selectivity collector LC of scheelite,the beneficiation process of"Cu-S mixed flotation-Cu-S separation-heating floatation scheelite"is determined and the Tungsten concentrates with yield of 0.35%,tungsten grade of 61.12%and tungsten recovery of 79.23%are obtained.Compared with the original production in-dexes,the beneficiation technical indexes obtained through continuous industrial tests show that the tungsten grade is increased by 2.38%and the tungsten recovery rate is increased by 3.78%.With the new flotation process,the recovery of tungsten resources can be realized in an efficient way,which provides a reference for the development and utilization of tungsten mines of the same type.
