电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定W-Re-HfC合金中铼、铪 被引量:1

Determination of Rhenium and Hafnium Elements in W-Re-HfC Alloys through Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

摘要 对W-Re-HfC合金中各元素含量的精确控制是改善合金高温力学性能和抗烧蚀性能的关键,本研究采用盐酸-氢氟酸-硝酸体系分解试样,进行了待测元素分析谱线选择、干扰因素消除、仪器参数优化以及加标回收试验。结果表明,在分析谱线Re 221.426 nm、Hf 282.022 nm处,标准溶液浓度梯度线性范围内的校准曲线线性关系良好。所测元素的加标回收率为99%~106%,所测元素的相对标准偏差为0.91%~4.23%(n=5)。该方法前处理过程快捷简便、测定结果准确可靠,为W-Re-HfC合金中铼、铪的检测提供了切实可行的分析手段。 Controlling the content of elements in the W-Re-HfC alloy precisely is the key to improving the high-temperature mechanical properties and ablation resistance of the alloys.The study takes the hydrochloric acid-hy-drofluoric acid-nitric acid system to decompose the samples,selecting analysis lines,eliminating interference factors,optimizing instrument parameters and conducting standard recovery tests.The results indicate that the calibration curve has a good linear relationship within the linear range of the concentration gradient of the standard solution at Re 221.426 nm and HF 282.022 nm,with the recoveries of the measured elements being 99%~106%,and the relative standard devia-tion of the measured elements being 0.91%~4.23%(n=5).To conclude,the convenient pretreatment process and the accurate determination results both provides a feasible analytical method for the detection of rhenium and hafnium in W-Re-HfC alloys.
