传统手术、胸腔镜下食管癌手术对术后早期肺功能影响分析

Effect of Traditional Surgery and Thoracoscopic Esophagectomy on Early Postoperative Pulmonary Function

目的:分析传统手术、胸腔镜下食管癌手术对术后早期肺功能影响。方法:选取2015年1月~2020年1月收治的82例食管癌手术患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各41例,对照组实施传统手术治疗,实验组实施胸腔镜下手术治疗,对比患者术后早期肺功能变化及其他指标的改善情况。结果:实验组治疗后FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、PEF分别为(1.98±0.36)L、(2.57±0.36)L、(67.54±2.63)%、(3.21±0.25)L/S,对照组治疗后上述数据分别为(1.69±0.33)L、(2.11±0.36)L、(59.66±0.33)%、(2.99±0.36)L/S,组间差异显著,P<0.05;实验组患者治疗后SAS和SDS评分分别为(25.63±2.12)分,(39.64±1.12)分,对照组患者治疗后SAS和SDS评分分别为(41.22±1.25)分和(49.55±3.01)分,实验组较低,组间差异显著,P<0.05;实验组患者总满意度为95.12%,对照组患者总满意度为80.49%,实验组较高,组间差异显著,P<0.05。结论:相比于传统手术,胸腔镜下食管癌手术治疗的效果要相对较好,患者术后早期肺功能指标改善明显,且有利于保证患者心态平稳,取得了患者的较高满意度,可满足患者治疗需求。

Objective:To analyze the effect of traditional surgery and thoracoscopic esophagectomy on early postoperative pulmonary function.Methods:82 cases of esophageal cancer patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery,and the experimental group was treated with thoracoscopic surgery.Results:After treatment,the FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,and PEF in the experimental group were(1.98±0.36)L,(2.57±0.36)L,(67.54±2.63)%,and(3.21±0.25)L/S,respectively.The data were(1.69±0.33)L,(2.11±0.36)L,(59.66±0.33)%,(2.99±0.36)L/S,the difference between the groups was significant,P<0.05;After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the experimental group were(25.63±2.12)points and(39.64±1.12)points,respectively.The SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the control group were(41.22±1.25)points and(49.55±3.01)points,respectively.The experimental group was lower,and the difference between the groups was significant,P<0.05;The total satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 95.12%,and the total satisfaction of patients in the control group was 80.49%,the experimental group was higher,and the difference between the groups was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with traditional surgery,the effect of thoracoscopic surgery for esophageal cancer is relatively better.The patient’s early postoperative lung function indicators have improved significantly,and it is helpful to ensure the patient’s mental state is stable,and the patient’s high satisfaction has been achieved,which can satisfy the patient,meet patient treatment needs.
