研究喉部低温等离子消融术对声带白斑患者术后嗓音功能的影响

Objective to Study the Effect of Laryngeal Low Temperature Plasma Ablation on Voice Function of Patients with Vocal Cord Leukoplakia

目的:评定喉部低温等离子消融术治疗方案实施在声带白斑患者中对其手术之后嗓音方面功能构成的影响作用。方法:该文指标来自2018年2月~2020年3月本医院实施治疗的68例声带白斑患者对应统计资料,试验组选取喉部低温等离子消融术治疗方案,参照组选取支撑喉镜手术治疗方案,评估有关指标结果。结果:试验组实行手术之后3个月时噪/谐比指标检测结果、振幅微扰检测结果、基频微扰检测结果比对参照组对应数据研究情况下降(P<0.05);试验组手术之后6个月出现复发所占比值数据比对参照组对应数据研究情况下降(P<0.05);各项组别发生癌变所占比值数据比对区别值较低(P>0.05);试验组针对手术配合情况相对良好人数共同占有比例结果对比参照组涉及数值内容增多(P<0.05);试验组对于手术状况持有较为满意态度例数所占据百分数据比较参照组相关统计值得以提升(P<0.05)。结论:为声带白斑患者提供喉部低温等离子消融术治疗方案有助于改善其手术之后嗓音方面功能。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of laryngeal low temperature plasma ablation(LPCA)on voice function in patients with vocal cord leukoplakia.Methods:The indicators in this paper are from the corresponding statistical data of 68 patients with vocal cord leukoplakia treated in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2020.The treatment scheme of low-temperature plasma ablation of larynx was selected for the experimental group,and the surgical treatment scheme of supporting laryngoscope was selected for the reference group,and the relevant index results were evaluated.Results:Compared with the corresponding data of the reference group,the test results of noise/harmonic ratio,amplitude perturbation and fundamental frequency perturbation in the test group decreased 3 months after the operation(P<0.05);The ratio of recurrence in the test group 6 months after operation was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The percentage of canceration in each group was lower(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the number of patients in the test group with relatively good surgical cooperation accounted for more(P<0.05);The percentage of cases in the test group who had a relatively satisfactory attitude towards the operation was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is helpful to improve the voice function of patients with vocal cord leukoplakia after surgery by providing a therapeutic scheme of laryngeal low-temperature plasma ablation.
