心脏彩色多普勒超声在高血压性心脏病诊断的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Cardiac Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Hypertensive Heart Disease

目的:观察在高血压性心脏病患者中采用心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断所呈现出的诊断效果。方法:选择于2019年5月~2020年5月就诊于本院心血管内科的60例高血压性心脏病患者,所有患者均应用心脏彩色多普勒超声和心电图检查,对心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断价值进行评估。结果:与心电图诊断相比,心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断阳性、左心房增大、左心室肥厚、主动脉扩张、主动脉弹性减退检出率均提升明显,比较差异性明显(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压性心脏病患者中采用心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断可达到满意的诊断效果。

Objective:To observe the diagnostic effect of color Doppler echocardiography in patients with hypertensive heart disease.Methods:60 patients with hypertensive heart disease from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as observation cases.All patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound and electrocardiogram,and the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound was evaluated.Results:Compared with ECG diagnosis,the detection rates of positive cardiac color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,left atrial enlargement,left ventricular hypertrophy,aortic dilatation and aortic elasticity loss were all significantly increased,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler echocardiography can achieve satisfactory diagnostic results in patients with hypertensive heart disease.
