不同颈椎病分型的DR影像学表现研究

Study on DR Imaging Findings of Different Types of Cervical Spondylosis

目的:分析DR检查中不同颈椎病分型的影像学特点。方法:选取2019年2月~2021年1月颈椎病患者41例,实施DR检查,分析检查结果、总结影像在不同病型中的表现。结果:病变检查结果显示,曲度病变占比29.67%,骨质增生占比21.95%,椎间隙狭窄19.51%,韧带钙化14.63%,椎体松动与突关节异常皆为7.32%;分型显示,交感神经型发生率最高,为46.34%,其次为神经根型17.07%,再次为椎动脉型14.63%。曲度异常、骨质增生、椎间隙狭窄是主要病因,分型中交感神经型居多,占比46.34%(19/41),P<0.05。结论:通过DR检查可有效诊断颈椎病特点,辅助病型分型,病型不同在DR影像中可见不同表现,在使用DR时应行全面检查,促进精准诊断。在临床诊断中,应结合临床症状观察分析具体病情,必要时实施相应试验,排除相似疾病,科学分型和治疗颈椎病,促进良性转归,缓解患者病痛。

Objective:To analyze the imaging characteristics of different types of cervical spondylosis in DR examination.Methods:41 patients with cervical spondylosis from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected for DR examination.The examination results were analyzed and the imaging manifestations in different disease types were summarized.Results:The results of pathological examination showed that curvature lesions accounted for 29.67%,hyperosteogeny accounted for 21.95%,intervertebral space stenosis 19.51%,ligament calcification 14.63%,vertebral loosening and facet joint abnormalities were 7.32%;The incidence of sympathetic nerve type was the highest,46.34%,followed by nerve root type 17.07%,and then vertebral artery type 14.63%.Abnormal curvature,hyperosteogeny and intervertebral space stenosis were the main causes.Sympathetic nerve type accounted for 46.34%(19/41)(P<0.05).Conclusion:DR examination can effectively diagnose the characteristics of cervical spondylosis and assist the classification of disease types.Different disease types can show different manifestations in DR images.Comprehensive examination should be carried out when using DR to promote accurate diagnosis.In clinical diagnosis,the specific condition should be observed and analyzed in combination with clinical symptoms,and corresponding tests should be carried out when necessary to eliminate similar diseases,scientifically classify and treat cervical spondylosis,promote benign prognosis and alleviate patients’pain.
