临床护士使用便携式血糖检测仪情况的调查

Investigation on the Use of Portable Blood Glucose Monitor by Clinical Nurses

目的:调查分析临床护士应用便携式血糖检测仪状况。方法:随机选取2018年5月~2019年10月本院60名临床护士,其中40名纳入到非专科组中,20名纳入到专科组中,利用问卷调查、现场测评方法,调查分析便携式血糖检测仪和有关知识掌握状况,统计分析采集的资料。结果:40名非专科护士中,20名操作人员接受专门培训,占比50%;19名定时清洁血糖仪,占比47.50%;15名知道仪器型号,占比37.50%;16名定期校准血糖仪,占比40.00%;5名定期更换电池,占比12.50%;40名测试结果及时报告并记录,占比100.00%。专科护士可以更好地掌握有关知识,而且比非专科人员优。结论:非内分泌科护士并未全面了解、掌握便携式血糖检测仪有关知识和技能,所以应定期组织非专科护士学习和培训,促进其便携式血糖检测仪使用能力的提高,对于确保医疗安全以及促进血糖监测质量以及检测准确性的进一步提高有着非常重要的影响。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the status of clinical nurses using portable blood glucose monitors.Methods:From May 2018 to October 2019,60 clinical nurses in our hospital were randomly selected,40 of them were included in the non-specialty group,and 20 were included in the specialty group.Questionnaire surveys and on-site evaluation methods were used to investigate and analyze portable blood glucose testing.The status of instrument and related knowledge mastery,statistical analysis of the collected data.Results:Among the 40 non-specialist nurses,20 operators received special training,accounting for 50%;19 cleaning blood glucose meters regularly,accounting for 47.50%;15 knowing the instrument model,accounting for 37.50%;16 regularly calibrating blood glucose 40.00%of the battery was replaced by the instrument;5 persons replaced the battery regularly,accounting for 12.50%;40 test results were reported and recorded in a timely manner,accounting for 100.00%.Specialist nurses can better grasp the relevant knowledge and are better than non-specialist staff.Conclusion:Non-endocrinology nurses do not fully understand and master the relevant knowledge and skills of portable blood glucose monitors.Therefore,non-specialist nurses should be regularly organized to learn and train to improve their ability to use portable blood glucose monitors,which is important for ensuring medical safety and promoting blood glucose monitoring.The further improvement of quality and detection accuracy has a very important impact.
