血液分析仪检测末梢血常规与静脉血常规结果对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Results of Peripheral Blood Routine and Venous Blood Routine Detection by Blood Analyzer

目的:对比分析血液分析仪检测末梢血常规、静脉血常规结果,为血常规检验工作提供参考。方法:选择本院2019年12月~2020年6月本院的200例健康体检者,每例健康体检者均采末梢血、静脉血,分别作为观察1组、观察2组,获得伦理委员会审核批准,参与者知情同意,均以同一种全自动血液分析仪进行血常规检测。比较观察1组、观察2组相同健康体检者的白细胞(White blood cells,WBC)、红细胞(Red blood cell,RBC)、血红蛋白(Hemoglobin,Hb)、红细胞压积(Hematocrit,HCT)。血小板(Platelets,PLT)、平均血红蛋白总量(mean corpuscular hemoglobin,MCH)、平均血红蛋白浓度(mean corpuscular hemoglobinconcentration,MCHC)以及平均血红蛋白体积(Mean corpuscular volume,MCV)血常规检测结果。结果:常规检测后,组间RBC、Hb、PLT、MCHC检验结果均值比较差异显著,观察1组明显低于观察2组,P<0.05。组间WBC、MCV检验结果均值比较差异显著,观察1组明显高于观察2组,P<0.05。组间MCH、HCT检验结果均值比较,观察1组与观察2组差异无显著性,P>0.05。结论:血常规检测有助于血液等相关疾病治疗,价值显著。血常规检测时,与检测末梢血比较,检测静脉血常规具有快速、高效、稳定、可重复操作、误差小等优势,是血液分析仪的最优选择。

Objective:To compare and analyze the results of peripheral blood routine and venous blood routine detected by hematology analyzer to provide reference for routine blood test.Methods:Selected 200 healthy medical examiners in our hospital from December 2019 to June 2020.Each healthy examinee collected peripheral blood and venous blood,respectively,as observation group 1 and observation group 2,and obtained the ethics committee After review and approval,the participants had informed consent,and the same automatic blood analyzer was used for routine blood testing.Compare and observe the white blood cells(WBC),red blood cells(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),and hematocrit(HCT)of the same healthy subjects in the 1 group and the 2 groups.Platelets(Platelets,PLT),mean total hemoglobin(:mean corpuscular hemoglobin,MCH),mean hemoglobin concentration(mean corpucular hemoglobinconcentration,MCHC)and mean hemoglobin volume(Mean corpuscular volume,MCV)blood routine test results.Results:After routine testing,the RBC,Hb,PLT,MCHC test results were significantly different between the groups,the observation group 1 was significantly lower than the observation group 2,P<0.05.There were significant differences in the mean values of WBC and MCV test results between the groups.The observation group 1 was significantly higher than the observation group 2,P<0.05.Comparing the mean values of MCH and HCT test results between groups,there was no significant difference between observation group 1 and observation group 2,P>0.05.Conclusion:Routine blood testing is helpful for the treatment of blood and other related diseases,and has significant value.In routine blood testing,compared with the detection of peripheral blood,the venous blood routine has the advantages of fast,efficient,stable,repeatable operation,and small error,and it is the best choice for blood analyzers.
