基于CiteSpace的我国医学人才培养研究进展与热点分析

Research Progress and Hotspot Analysis of Medical Talent Training in China Based on Cite Space

医学人才是国民健康的守护者,是开展医疗工作的主力军。通过文献计量的方法,梳理我国医学人才培养研究情况,对主要研究热点和前沿问题进行总结。研究发现,我国医学人才培养研究总体呈波动上升趋势,人才培养、医学教育和护理教育长期持续为研究热点。信息时代、新冠肺炎疫情为医学人才培养开辟了新方向、提出了新要求,未来应继续加强对新医科、健康中国、老龄化社会和疫情防控常态化时代背景下医学人才培养的研究,重点开展基层卫生人才和创新型人才培养模式等研究,为相关学者开展医学人才培养研究开拓思路,为加强我国医学人才培养工作提供理论支撑。

Medical talents are the guardians of people’s health and the main force of medical work.By using the method of literature metrology,this research takes stock of the development of medical talent training in China and summarizes the main research hotspots and frontiers.The result shows that the overall trend of medical talent training research in China is on a fluctuating rise.Talent training,medical education and nursing education continue to be the most popular research topics.The information age and the COVID-19 pandemic put forward new directions and new requirements for medical talent training.In the future,efforts should be made to continue to strengthen the research on medical talent training under the background of new medicine,Healthy China Strategy,aging society,and post-pandemic era,and focus on the research on grass-roots health personnel and innovative personnel training mode,so as to open up ideas for relevant scholars to carry out medical talent training research and provide theoretical support for strengthening medical talent training in China.
