“一带一路”倡议下浙江国际贸易与国际物流协同发展研究

Research on Coordinated Development of International Trade and International Logistics in Zhejiang Province under the Belt and Road Initiative

随着“一带一路”倡议的持续推进,作为“一带一路”的重要枢纽,浙江省积极落实国家战略部署,推动双向贸易均衡发展,在其国际贸易与国际物流迎来新的发展机遇的同时也遇到了许多挑战。本文通过查找最新数据,采用定量分析方法,深入探究“一带一路”倡议下浙江省国际贸易与国际物流协同发展现状,发现存在协同难度高、国际物流信息化水平较低、国际贸易配套生产不足、复合型人才匮乏等问题。针对这些问题,从“一带一路”背景出发,结合目前双循环战略及全球新冠疫情现状,提出了加强国际间沟通、推进国际物流信息化建设、打造自有品牌、加强复合型人才培养及引进等建议。

With the continuous promotion of the “the Belt and Road” initiative, Zhejiang Province, as an important hub of the “the Belt and Road”, has actively implemented the national strategic deployment and promoted the balanced development of two-way trade. While its international trade and international logistics have ushered in new development opportunities, it has also encountered many challenges. By searching for the latest data and using quantitative analysis methods, this paper deeply explores the current situation of the coordinated development of international trade and international logistics in Zhejiang Province under the “the Belt and Road” initiative. There are problems such as high coordination difficulty, low level of international logistics informatization, insufficient supporting production, and lack of compound talents. To solve these problems, starting from the strategic background of the “the Belt and Road”, combined with the current “Dual Circulation” development pattern and the current situation of the global epidemic, this paper puts forward suggestions on strengthening international communication, promoting the construction of international logistics informatization, building OBM, cultivating and introducing compound talents, etc.
