摘要
轨道车起重机在电气化铁路区段吊装施工便梁,存在施工准备繁琐、封锁点利用率低、需要二次搬运等难点,为解决问题,提出使用折臂吊起重机替代轨道起重机完成吊装任务的方案。结合柳州市航二路延长线工程现场实际应用,折臂吊起重机相比轨道车起重机更能强化工程进度控制,节约工程成本支出,提高封锁点内吊装效率,确保施工安全。
there are some difficulties in hoisting construction temporary beams by rail car cranes in electrified railway sections,such as cumbersome construction preparation,low utilization of maintenance curfew,and the need for two times of handling and other difficulties.In order to solve the problems,a scheme of using a folding boom crane instead of a rail crane to complete the hoisting task is proposed.Taking Liuzhou hang′er Road extension line project as an example,The paper expounds that the folding boom crane can strength⁃en the project schedule control,save the project cost,improve the lifting efficiency in maintenance curfew,and ensure the construction safety compared with rail car crane.
