sirtuins对心肌能量代谢影响的研究进展

摘要 心血管疾病是造成我国居民死亡的主要原因,约占总死亡人数的40%,并且由于我国人口老龄化程度日益加剧,心血管疾病的患病率将会呈现逐年增加的趋势。随着对心血管疾病病理机制研究的不断深入,临床用于心血管疾病的药物和方法也逐渐增加,但心血管疾病的发病率和入院率仍然居高不下,因此现阶段仍需要更加深入探索心血管疾病的发生发展机制并发展新的治疗策略。 Sirtuins are a conserved family of proteins in mammals with homology to the yeast silent mating type information regulator 2(Sir2)protein,and are NAD+-dependent histone deacetylases.Recent studies have reported that sirtuins regulate fatty acid oxidation and glucose metabolism.Sirtuins are key regulators in energy homeostasis.Moreover,decreased expression of sirtuins has been observed in cardiovascular diseases.Sirtuins are expected to become a potential target for regulating cardiac energy metabolism.This paper reviews the effects of sirtuins on myocardial energy metabolism.
