摘要
本文探究了拉伸工艺对PETG热收缩膜雾度的影响。研究表明:随着预热,拉伸温度的提高,PETG热收缩膜雾度大幅度降低;提高定型区温度以及冷却速率,PETG热收缩膜的雾度小幅度降低,但变化不大;提高拉伸比,PETG热收缩膜的雾度大幅升高;降低拉伸角度,PETG热收缩膜的雾度逐渐变小;生产线速度提高到一定程度后,PETG热收缩膜的雾度小幅度上升。
This article explores the influence of stretching process on the haze of PETG heat shrinkable film. Studies have shown that: with the increase of preheating and stretching temperature, the haze of PETG heat shrinkable film is greatly reduced. Increasing the temperature and cooling rate of the setting zone, the haze of PETG heat shrinkable film is reduced slightly, but the change is not big. Increase the stretch ratio, and the haze of the PETG heat shrinkable film will increase significantly. Reduce the stretching angle, and the haze of PETG heat shrinkable film will gradually decrease. After the production line speed is increased to a certain level, the haze of the PETG heat shrinkable film will increase slightly.
