幼儿园利用家庭、社区资源开展劳动教育存在的问题及对策分析 被引量:5

摘要 劳动教育是新时代培养人才的新要求,也是促进幼儿全面发展的重要因素之一。在幼儿阶段,幼儿园是劳动教育组织与开展的核心环节,为了更好实现幼儿自主体验,获得劳动情感、知识与技能,幼儿园、家庭、社区各主体要形成合力,不断深化劳动教育。当前,幼儿园利用家庭、社区资源开展劳动教育仍存在劳动实践缺乏支持、三者之间不能协同、劳动教育缺少保障机制的问题。基于此,提出相应建议:幼儿园牵头转变传统观念,支持劳动教育;三者协同合作,创造劳动机会;完善劳动课程,重视劳动资源的开发与利用。 Labor education is a new requirement for the training of human resources in the new era,and is one of the most important factors in promoting the all-round development of young children.In the early childhood stage,kindergartens are the core link in the organization and development of labor education.In order to better realize children independent experience and gain labor emotions,knowledge and skills,kindergartens,families and communities should form a synergy to continuously deepen labor education.At present,there are still problems with the use of family and community resources for labor education in kindergartens,such as the lack of support for labor practices,the lack of synergy between the three,and the lack of a guarantee mechanism for labor education.Based on this,corresponding recommendations are made:kindergartens take the lead in changing traditional concepts and supporting labor education;the three parties work together to create labor opportunities;and the labor curriculum is improved and the development and use of labor resources is emphasized.
