摘要
“双减”政策是以习近平同志为核心的党中央立足于中国教育发展现状,为建设高质量教育体系而做出的事关基础教育发展全局的重大决策。“双减”格局的形成,在学校育人格局、社会育人格局及家庭育人格局三方面助力高质量教育体系建设。同时,在“双减”格局下,建设高质量教育体系需要从加强党的全面领导、提高教育治理能力、加强教师队伍建设和促进多方合作四方面发力与推进。
The "double reduction" policy is a major decision made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core based on the current situation of China’s education development and to build a high-quality education system that is related to the overall development of basic education. The formation of the "double reduction" pattern has helped the construction of a high-quality education system in three aspects: school education pattern, social education pattern and family education pattern. At the same time, under the "double reduction" pattern, the construction of a high-quality education system needs to be strengthened from four aspects:strengthening the party’s overall leadership, improving education governance capabilities, strengthening the construction of teachers’ teams, and promoting multi-party cooperation.
