基于研学产业人才需求分析的高职旅游人才培养模式研究

Research on Higher Vocational Tourism Talent Training Mode Based on Talent Demand Analysis of Research Industry

研学旅行体验式的教育模式已成为素质教育改革和文旅融合的新热点议题。本文通过剖析研学产业人才需求的类型及能力要求,构建“三横三纵一平台”的人才培养模式,同时提出共建产教融合机制、构建“菜单式”课程模块、实施工学结合全时段培养、建立学分银行、优化双师型教师团队的策略。希冀能够对研学旅行管理与服务专业的建设提供方向性指导。

In the current quality education reform and the integration of culture and tourism,it can be seen that the experiential education mode of study travel has become a new hot topic.In this thesis,the talent demand of the research industry is taken as a sample,the types and ability composition of talent demand are analyzed,the concept of study travel,the differences between tourism activities and study travel,as well as the characteristics of research industry are systematically expounded.In this way,a talent training mode of"three horizontal,three vertical and one platform"is built.According to the reality of research industry,the implementation strategies are proposed as follows:such as(1)jointly constructing the integration mechanism of industry and education;(2)setting up the"menu"course module;(3)implementing the full-time training of combining work and study;(4)establishing credit bank;(5)optimizing the double-qualified teacher team.The purpose of this research is to make the exploration of a new talent training mode that meets the market demand.In this way,the directional guidance can be provided for promoting the development of regional research industry,as well as building the specialty of study travel management and service.
