“一带一路”背景下珠宝专业人才国际化培养路径探析

摘要 “实施全球治理人才教育培养计划”是我国高等教育国际化的重要工作任务。近年来,各高校纷纷开展全球治理人才培育工作。然而,珠宝专业国际化人才的培养作为行业特色型全球治理人才培养工作的开展仍处于探索阶段。在我国与“一带一路”沿线国家在矿产资源领域的合作日见成效之时,探讨符合“一带一路”发展需求的宝石学人才培养机制与路径正当其时。文章围绕珠宝专业的学科内涵、行业定位等展开分析,提出从课程建设、师资建设和管理机制建设等方面完善珠宝专业人才国际化培养,以期为“一带一路”建设中珠宝人才培养提供思路。 “Implementing the global governance talent education and training plan”is an important task for the internationalization of China’s higher education.Recently,colleges and universities have carried out global governance talent training.However,the training of international talents in jewelry specialty as the training of global governance talents with industry characteristics is still in the exploratory stage.At a time when China’s cooperation with countries along“the Belt and Road”in the field of mineral resources is increasingly effective,it is timely to explore the gemmological talent training mechanism and path that meet the development needs of“the Belt and Road”.This article analyzes the discipline connotation and industry positioning of jewelry specialty,and proposes to improve the international training of jewelry professionals from the aspects of curriculum construction,faculty development and management mechanism construction,so as to provide ideas for gemmological talent training to meet the requirements of“the Belt and Road”.
