基于Arduino单片机的智能防抖筷

摘要 本文旨在解决老年人及帕金森症患者手抖难以握持筷子或勺子的问题,设计了一套智能防抖筷勺组合装置。该装置以Atmel Atmega328单片机作为主控板,配置姿态检测、电机驱动、激光测距传感器、电源模块等硬件系统,采用防抖控制算法驱动直流减速电机和传动装置达到两个自由度的反向补偿运动,实现防抖功能。经综合测评,该装置具有较好的防抖功能,能够实现筷子形态下的自动夹取,在一定程度上可以解决因手抖或手部力量弱而无法使用筷子或勺子进食的问题,便携性好,实用性强,具备一定市场前景。 In order to solve the problem that elderly people and Parkinson’s patients can hardly hold chopsticks or spoons due to hand shaking,an intelligent anti-shaking chopsticks and spoon combination device based on Arduino micro-controller is designed.The device uses Atmel Atmega328 micro-controller as the main control board,and is equipped with attitude detection,motor drive,laser ranging sensor,power module and other hardware system.Based on the gyroscope and accelerometer to detect the degree of hand jitter,the dc reduction motor and the transmission device are driven by the anti-vibration control algorithm to achieve the reverse compensation motion of two degrees of freedom,to achieve the purpose of anti-vibration.After comprehensive experimental evaluation,the device has a better anti-shake function,can achieve automatic clamping function.The device can solve the problem that patients with Parkinson’s syndrome and the elderly cannot eat with chopsticks or spoons due to hand shaking or weak hand strength,and can realize the automatic clamping function in the form of chopsticks.It has good portability and practicability,and has a certain market prospect.
