飞机发动机转速采集电路设计及故障分析

摘要 本文就远程接口单元对飞机发动机转速采集功能进行电路设计分析。针对工程实际中的采集故障,进行钳位电路故障定位,并就该故障进行输入信号影响分析。为解决目前电路的采集局限性进行电路优化,增加隔直电容,经过试验仿真证明,优化后的电路不仅可解决之前电路的采集局限性,而且可尽早暴露钳位二极管故障,提高安全性。 In this paper,the circuit design and analysis of RIU’s acquisition function of aircraft engine speed are carried out.According to the acquisition fault in engineering practice,the fault location is carried out,and the influence analysis of the input signal is carried out on the fault.In order to solve the limitation of the current circuit acquisition circuit optimization,increase the blocking capacitor.The experimental simulation shows that the optimized circuit can not only solve the limitation of the previous circuit,but also expose the clamp diode fault as soon as possible to improve the safety.
