随着互联网的高速发展,人们的时间碎片化趋势越来越明显。在繁忙的工作中,人们同时处理多个事务的情况也越来越多。为了辅助用户提高事务处理效率,节省时间,设计并实现了一款通用的文字识别与语音播报系统。该系统能够实现常见文档图像的识别与语音播报功能,同时也支持用户指定的个性化文字或图片文字内容的播报,使用户在不需要阅读或者不方便阅读的情况下也可以快速了解文件内容。同时,该系统也可用于视力具有残障疾病的弱势群体,使他们能够有更多的途径实现个性化阅读及对外界事物的认识。

With the rapid development of the Internet,people’s time fragmentation trend is becoming more and more obvious.In busy work,more and more people are dealing with multiple transactions at the same time.In order to assist users to improve transaction processing efficiency and save time,the paper designs and implements a general character recognition and language broadcasting system.The system can realize the recognition and language broadcast of common text and images,and also support the broadcast of personalized text or image text specified by the user,so that users can quickly understand the content of the file without reading or inconvenient to read.At the same time,the system can also be used for vulnerable groups with visual disabilities,so that they can have more ways to achieve personalized reading and awareness of external things.
