分析现有船舶地台架型式的不足,结合实船特点和常用材料,研发卡扣附件,开发卡接型结构船舶地台架,并可实现卡扣式花纹钢板的制作与安装。新型结构具有标准化、单元化和实施方便等优点,但后续应根据市场发展优化其选材和型式,使其具有更好的应用可行性。

The deficiency of existing ship bottom grillage type is analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of the actual ship and common materials,the fastener fittings are developed,the ship bottom grillage with bayonet fastening type structure is developed,and the production and installation of fastener-type riffled steel plate can be realized.The new structure is of the advantages of standardization,unitization,and convenient implementation,but its material selection and type should be optimized according to the market development in the future,so that it is of better application feasibility.
