[研究意义]和田织毯机经历了传统织毯机、钢结构织毯机、半自动织毯机,对其进行详细的解读有利于厘清和田织毯工艺,从而对其进行创新。[研究方法]文章通过实地考察和文献研究,[研究结果与结论]研究认为:和田织毯机的变迁既是技术进步的结果,也是市场化的需要。半自动织毯机到自动织毯机需要规模经济需求的出现,这体现了需求决定生产;而同时自动织毯机的供给也会产生需求,但这种供给有一定的风险性。和田地毯织机的开发需要在需求和供给之间找到一个恰当的点,既完成和田织毯机的不断进步,还要实现地方经济的发展。

Hetian carpet loom has experienced traditional carpet loom,steel structure carpet loom and semi-automatic car⁃pet loom.A detailed interpretation of Hetian carpet loom is conducive to clarifying Hetian carpet weaving process,so as to inno⁃vate it.Through on-the-spot investigation and literature research,the article believes that:The change of Hetian carpet loom is not only the result of technological progress,but also the need of marketization.The emergence of economies of scale demand from semi-automatic carpet looms to automatic carpet looms reflects that demand determines production;At the same time,the supply of automatic blanket looms will also generate demand,but this supply has certain risks.The development of Hetian car⁃pet loom needs to find an appropriate point between demand and supply,which not only completes the continuous progress of Hetian carpet loom,but also realizes the development of local economy.
