洗涤参数对棉织物保形性的影响

摘要 针对家庭洗涤后衣物外观折皱明显,保形性能逐渐减弱的问题,选取市场上常用棉织物为实验材料,选择洗涤模式、洗涤温度、洗涤水量和洗涤转速4个洗涤参数进行正交试验设计,开展洗涤实验,并对洗后织物外观平整度等级进行评价。结果表明:对织物洗后外观平整度影响最大的洗涤参数是洗涤模式,其次是洗涤转速、洗涤温度和洗涤水量;由此得出最佳洗涤方案:轻柔洗涤模式、洗涤温度30℃、洗涤水量15L、脱水转速600r/min。依据最佳洗涤方案设计出棉织物洗涤程序,通过对比棉织物洗涤程序与家庭衬衫洗涤程序洗后10种织物外观平整度等级,结果显示棉织物洗涤程序对织物洗后保形性的影响优于衬衫洗涤程序。 Aiming at the problem that the appearance of clothes is wrinkled obviously and the shape keeping performance is gradually weakened after washing at home. The cotton fabric commonly used in the market was selected as the experimental material, and four washing parameters including washing mode, washing temperature, washing water volume and washing speed were selected for orthogonal experimental design. The washing experiment was carried out, and the appearance flatness grade of the washed fabric was evaluated. The results showed that the washing mode had the greatest influence on the appearance flatness of the washed fabric, followed by washing speed,washing temperature and washing water volume;The best washing scheme: gentle washing mode, washing temperature of 30 ℃, washing water volume of 15L, dehydration speed of 600r/min. According to the best washing scheme, the cotton fabric washing program is designed.By comparing the appearance flatness grades of 10 kinds of fabrics after washing between the cotton fabric washing program and the family shirt washing program, the results show that the influence of the cotton fabric washing program on the shape retention of the fabric after washing is better than that of the shirt washing program.
