摘要
目的探讨优化萱草花总黄酮提取工艺的方法。方法通过单因素试验遴选影响萱草花总黄酮提取工艺的因素和水平,并采用Box-Behnken试验设计法对其总黄酮提取工艺进行优化。结果萱草花总黄酮的最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度90%、提取时间90min、料液比1∶60(g/m L)、提取次数为2次,其黄酮提取量为14.87mg/g。结论采用响应面法优选的萱草花总黄酮提取工艺合理可行。
Objective To study the methodology to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Hemerocallis fulva.Methods The factors and levels affecting the extraction process of total flavonoids from Hemerocallis fulva were selected by the single factor experiment,and the extraction process of total flavonoids was optimized by the Box-Behnken design.Results The optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Hemerocallis fulva were as follows:ethanol concentration of 90%,extraction time of 90 min,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶60(g/mL),extraction times of two times,and the extraction amount of flavonoids was 14.87 mg/g.Conclusion Using the response surface methodology to extract total flavonoids from Hemerocallis fulva is reasonable and feasible.
