超声指导下盆底肌肉康复训练治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病的疗效研究

Efficacy of ultrasound-guided pelvic floor muscle training in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction

目的探讨在超声指导下盆底肌肉康复训练(PFMT)治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)的临床疗效。方法将该院2019年10月至2021年12月收治的且符合相应标准的114例PFD患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,各57例。对照组只进行PFMT,研究组在对照组的基础上增加超声督导、健康宣教、跟踪反馈。比较两组疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者在静息状态、Valsalva状态下肛提肌裂孔面积、膀胱颈位置较治疗前均有所改善,且研究组的改善效果更为明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在PFMT依从性方面,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在超声指导下进行PFMT不仅能够定量评估盆底肌力及盆腔器官位置,还能对盆底肌运动的有效性进行客观评价及指导。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided pelvic floor muscle training(PFMT)in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods A total of 114 patients with PFD who met the corresponding standards from October 2019 to December 2021 in this hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 57 cases in each group by the random number table method.The control group only received PFMT,while the observation group added ultrasound supervision,health education and follow-up feedback on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levator hiatus area and bladder neck position in both groups in resting state and Valsalva state were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement effect in the observation group was more obvious,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of PFMT compliance,the observation group was also better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PFMT under the guidance of ultrasound can not only quantitatively evaluate pelvic floor muscle strength and pelvic organ position,but also objectively evaluate and guide the effectiveness of pelvic floor muscle exercise.
